Assessment and Counselling Intake Coordinator
Our Intake Coordinator is available to answer questions about assessment and counselling and to help you book your first session. You can call her at 778-928-9069 or book a time for her to call you.
Registered Psychologist
Registered Psychologists have completed doctoral level training and are registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. Psychologists can conduct diagnostic assessments and proved therapy, but cannot prescribe medication in BC.
Post-Doctoral Clinician
Post -Doctoral Clinicians have completed a doctorate degree and are pursuing registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC to be a Registered Psychologist. While pursuing registration, they are working under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist on our team.
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Registered Clinical Counsellors have completed a Master's Degree in Counselling and are registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
Counsellor - Pursuing Registration
Counsellors at North Shore CBT Centre have a Master's Degree in Counsellimg and are pursuing registration as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. While they pursue registration, they are working under the supervsion of an RCC or an RPsych on our team.
Doctoral Student
Doctoral Students are in their 3rd - 4th year of doctoral training in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology. They are typically training to become a Registered Psychologist. They provide assessments and counselling under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist on our team.
